Ben bir Trabzonspor taraftarıyım. Bu maili malum konu üzerine atıyorum. Şikeye sıfır tolerans diyen UEFA, maalesef dünyanın gözleri önünde Türkiye'de yapılan dünyanın gelmiş geçmiş en büyük belgelenmiş şikesi görmezden gelerek , kendi güvenilirliğini fazlasıyla tartışmaya açmıştır.
Şunun bilincindeyiz ki er geç Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü, UEFA tarafından tarihi bir cezaya çarptırılacak. Hiç bir vicdan, böylesine büyük bir adaletsizliğe, imza atamaz. Çünkü ortada belgelenmiş , defalarca suç üstünde videolara çekilmiş bir şike örgütü , şikenin yüzlerce belgesi var. Ve bu belgeler 43 dile çevrilerek dünyanın her tarafına ulaştı.
Fenerbahçe'nin CAS blöfüne kanmanız, kurmunuz açısından büyük bir talihsizlikti. Kaybedecek hiç bir şeyi olmayan Fenerbahçe'nin , kazanma ihtimali sıfır olan davadan haklı çıkma ihtimaline geri adım attınız.
Fenerbahçe asbaşkanının , Avrupa Hiç bir şubesi olmayan bankasının UEFA'ya resmi sponsor olması, sizi ve kurumunuzu itham altında bıraktı.
Bunun karşılığında Fenerbahçe'ye , yargıtay kararını bekleme sözü verdiğiniz aşikardır.
Yargıtay'ın , mahkeme kararını bozma ihtimali olduğunu düşünmüyoruz. Lakin burası adalet sisteminde ciddi sorunlar yaşanan Türkiye. Güçlü olanın büyük ihtimalle haklı çıktığı yerdeyiz. Türk iktidarın, oy kaybetme korkusuyla Fenerbahçe'yi kurtarma çabaları ndan gelen tepkiler üzerine vazgeçtiğinde, ve kararı seçim sonrasına ertelemesinden oldukça rahatsızız.
Bu süreçte en büyük hayal kırıklığımız, çok güvendiğimiz UEFA'nın , bu oyalama politikasına ortak olmuş olmasıdır.
"Geciken adalet, adalet değildir" sözünü size hatırlatırız.
Şike sürecinde hakkı Fenerbahçe tarafından gasp edilen, onlarca kulüp, yaşanan bu adaletsizlik sebebiyle "FUTBOL" dan soğumakta, "Fair-Play" e olan inancını kaybetmiş ve her geçen gün maddi manevi daha büyük zarar görmektedir.
Geçen süreçte, Fenerbahçe kulübü suçlu olmasına rağmen gördüğü destekle maddi manevi güçlenirken, hakkı gasp edilen kulüplerin zararı her geçen gün artmaktadır.
Her şey bir kenara, 2 yıl gecikmeyle vereceğiniz karar sonrasında, onlarca kulüp size ve Fenerbahçe'ye karşı kaybettikleri ve kazanamadıkları hakları sebebiyle dava açacak, olay sizin ve Fenerbahçe açısından içinden çıkılmaz bir boyuta gelecektir.
Fenerbahçe kulübünün, cezalandırılacağı gün, ödemekle yükümlü olacağı tazminat miktarını hesaplamaya çalıştığımızda ürpertici bir rakam ortaya çıkıyor. Fenerbahçe Kulübü, bunca kulübün tazminatını ödeyemeyeceği için, bugün bizim gasp edilen hakkımızın tazmini için bir muhattap bulamayacağız, ve süreçten en çok zarar görenlerden biri olacağız.
Genel sekreteriniz İnfantiano, geçtiğimiz günlerde, Fenerbahçe'nin davası kapanmadı dedi. Bu davayı, kapatabilecek bir güç tanımıyoruz. Çünkü suç alenen işlenmiş, ve tüm belgeleriyle kanıtlanmış, daha Türk Mahkemelerince şike tescil edilmiş ve suçlulara cezalar vermiştir.
Fenerbahçe spor kulübü başkanı Aziz Yıldırım, şikeden dolayı para ve 3 yıl 9 ay hapis cezasına çarptırılmıştır.
Türkiye resmi kurumlarınca tarafınıza yanlış bilgi ve belgeler (resmi dahi olsa) gönderildiğini düşünüyoruz.
Spor hukukunda cezalar için her hangi bir belge ya da mahkeme kararına gerek yoktur. Sıfır Tolerans söyleminizi bu vesileyle size tekrar hatırlatıyoruz.
Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu başkan ve kurullarının tamamen Fenerbahçe'nin kontrolü altında olduğunu ve bu vesile ile aldığı taraflı kararla güvenilirliğini tamamen kaybettiğini bilmenizi isteriz.
Türkiye'de en doğru bilgiyi mahkeme başkanı Mehmet Ekinci'den alabileceğinizi, kendisine adil kararlarından dolayı güvendiğimizi, baskı ve tehditlere bu adalet adamının boyun eğmediğini de hatırlatırız.
UEFA tarfından Türkiye'de uzun süreli görev alacak bir şike komisyonu kurulmasını ve gerçekleri bizzat kendinizin keşfetmesini tavsiye ederiz.
Haklı olduğumuz bu davada en çok zararı bizim çektiğimizi , ve her geçen gün daha büyük zarar gördüğümüzü, bu sürecin uzamasının bize maddi manevi zarar verdiğini hatırlatarak, artık son noktayı koymanızı ve Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübüne, hakettiği cezayı vermenizi bekliyoruz.
Aksi takdirde, güvenilirliğini tartışmayacağımız UEFA , yavaş yavaş da bizim gözümüzde tarafsızlığını yitirmiş, adaletsizliğe ortak olmuş , güçsüzün suçunu cezalandıran, güçlünün suçunu ödüllendiren güvenilirliğini kaybetmiş bir UEFA olmaktadır.
Türkiye'de meydana gelen şike gayet açık ve nettir. Üzerinde düşünülmesi gereken en ufak bir belirsizlik yoktur.
UEFA şuna karar vermeli, futbolda şikenin önü kesilmek isteniyor mu? Yoksa istenmiyor mu?
UEFA'dan en kısa zamanda, sadece bu sorunun cevabını istiyoruz.

Dear UEFA Officials,
I am a Trabzonspor fan. I am writing this letter regarding Turkish match-fixing scandals. Unfortunately, UEFA has jeopardized its trustworthiness by saying “zero tolerance for match-fixing” but not doing anything for Turkish match-fixing scandal where Turkish Football Association (TFA) and its committees covered match-fixing activities proven and punished by the independent Turkish courts. We know and believe that Fenerbahce SC, match-fixer team, will be punished by UEFA sooner or later because no conscience can sign the cover-up for this outrageous injustice. There are so much evidence on paper, tapes, and video including records of match-fixers in action red-handed. These evidence and records are translated in to 43 languages and sent to Football Associations in many countries in the world. It was a great shame when UEFA could not call Fenerbahce SC’s bluff regarding their CAS application. The UEFA was pushed back from a CAS trial where Fenerbahce had no chance of winning and they did not have anything to lose. A bank which is owned by Fenerbahce SC supporter and have no branches in Europe became a major sponsor of UEFA and this jeopardized the credibility of UEFA regarding its decision on Fenerbahce officials’ match-fixing activities. It is strongly believed in Turkey that you promised Fenerbahce and/or Turkish Football Association to delay your decision on Fenerbahce SC until Supreme Court evaluates the appeal of match-fixers. We do not believe that Supreme Court will change the verdict the lower court has made regarding match-fixers. However, Turkey is a country where even justice system might have some issues and loop holes. Most of the time, law of powerful wins and power of law is disregarded depending on who is being punished. We are very uncomfortable with Turkish government’s decision of delaying the punishment until after the elections because of possible decrease in their votes. However, our biggest disappointment is that our trustworthy and just UEFA has joined Turkish government and Turkish Football Association’s for delaying the punishment of match-fixers in Turkey.
We would like to remind you…
“Delayed Justice is Justice Denied”
Because of match-fixers, mainly Fenerbahce SC and its extension in other clubs, Turkish football fans have distanced themselves from the game and lost their belief in “Fair-Play”. Turkish Football is not only losing fan support but also losing its market value tremendously. In this process, Fenerbahce SC has become stronger financially and emotionally because of the huge support from the government and TFA even though they are the match-fixers and found guilty of those acts. On the other hand, the innocent teams, which faced injustice by the match-fixers, became weaker financially and emotionally. Putting everything aside, when you punish Fenerbahce SC and other match-fixers after delaying two years, the innocent teams will go to court against Fenerbahce SC and UEFA and ask for compensation for the titles and money they could not win because of match-fixing activities. On the day of justice, the amount of compensation Fenerbahce SC and other guilty parts have to pay will be outrageously high. As Fenerbahce SC will not be able to pay for everyone’s compensation, the teams which are hurt by this injustice will not be able to find anyone to get their compensation and they will be hurt the most after this process is completed.
Couple of days ago, Mr. Infantiano said that “Fenerbahce SC case is not completed”. We do not believe there is any power on earth that could close this case without punishing match-fixers. The crime was openly carried out and the match-fixers are caught red-handed. Then, Turkish Police and Prosecutors did their job and Court found many officials guilty of match-fixing. The president of Fenerbahce SC, Aziz Yildirim, stayed in prison for 3 year 9 months because of match-fixing activities. We believe that Turkish Football Federation and Government have presented you faulty information about the court’s verdict regarding Aziz Yildirim and his board members Ilhan Eksioglu and Sekip Mosturoglu. In order to punish someone regarding match-fixing activities, you do not even have to have obvious evidence and recording of match-fixing action. Thus, we would like to remind you about your so-called “zero tolerance” policy again.
We would like you to know that Turkish Football Association and its committee are under control of Fenerbahce SC and its extensions. That’s why, TFA did not punish the club but just punished couple of club officials for match-fixing (attempts) but concluded that these match-fixing attempts and activities did not affect the game. This absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable by any means of justice and fair-play, forget about “zero tolerance”. Majority of the Turkish Football clubs and officials do not trust the current TFA and its committees because of their unacceptable behavior in covering match-fixing crimes. We would like to remind you that you can get the best and clear information from the head of the ruling court, Mehmet Ekinci, and we thrust him as he did not bend his rulings even though he got a lot of pressure from government and Fenerbahce SC controlled media and TFA. We believe that UEFA should create a commission to investigate match-fixing in Turkey and work closely with police and components of justice system to be able to see the extent of the crime and have adequate punishment for the crimes.
Even though we, Trabzonspor SC, deserved the championship, we suffer financially and emotionally everyday more and more because of the purposely delayed investigation, judging, and punishment of the match-fixers. We are running out of patience and we demand that UEFA punish the match-fixers and their clubs, mainly Fenerbahce SC. Otherwise, UEFA will lose its trustworthiness and respect in our eyes and will start to believe UEFA is subjective, unjust, unfair, and with the law of the strong rather than with the strong law.
The match-fixing in Turkey is obvious and proven with many evidence and records. There is not a single doubt in Turkish people’s mind about the existence of match-fixing in 2010-2011 season. You, UEFA, must decide whether or not you want to stop match-fixing in football.
Does UEFA desire to end match-fixing?
We only demand an immediate answer to this question from UEFA and its committees.
